About the Role
We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Therapist (LICSW) to play a central role in our Virtual and/or In-Person Intensive Outpatient Program serving Spanish-speaking clients. This clinician will provide high-quality clinical care including assessments, group and individual therapy, crisis management, and documentation. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure exceptional, culturally responsive care.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy within PHP and/or IOP settings
- Conduct clinical intakes and assessments to determine appropriate levels of care
- Maintain comprehensive treatment plans, documentation, and clinical reporting
- Provide crisis intervention and escalate clinical concerns as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external providers
- Participate actively in team meetings and shared clinical decision-making
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to all regulatory standards
- Help improve clinical pathways and operational processes

- Experience working with high-risk adult populations, including mood and psychotic disorders
- Training in evidence-based modalities such as DBT, CBT, and ACT
- Strong crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills

- Compassion for and experience with Medicaid populations and complex social needs
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- LICSW required
- Experience in higher levels of care preferred (PHP, IOP, inpatient, residential, ER psych)
- Will consider experience in Primary Care Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) or FQHC settings
- Experience facilitating both individual and group therapy independently
- Interest or ability to provide clinical supervision
- Strong technology skills or willingness to learn (EHR, Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace)
