Aesthetic Mind MD| TMS Mind MD, is a physician-led neuro-wellness and psychiatry practice founded by Dr. Tola T’Sarumi, MD, Harvard-trained, double board-certified psychiatrist and pioneer of Psycho-Aesthetic Medicine. We integrate psychotherapy, medication management, advanced neurotechnology including ExoMind TMS, and holistic wellness to help patients heal, optimize, and thrive.

We are expanding and seeking Licensed Clinicians, LMHC, LICSW, and Psychologists, to join our elite clinical team delivering both telehealth and in-person care to a highly motivated, high-functioning patient population.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking clinicians who are clinically excellent, emotionally intelligent, and excited to practice in a modern, high-impact psychiatric environment.

You will be a strong fit if you are:

• Fully licensed in Massachusetts or eligible for MA licensure

• Comfortable performing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations

• Skilled in evidence-based therapy for high-functioning and complex patients

• Confident collaborating with psychiatrists, TMS clinicians, and wellness providers

• Able to complete documentation within 7 days

• Warm, professional, and articulate with patients and referring providers

• Available to be in-office at least two days per week

• Motivated by teamwork, growth, and excellence

You may provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy depending on your training and interest.
