🩺 Job Summary:
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all clinical and administrative nursing operations for a home infusion branch. The Director of Nursing will manage nursing staff, ensure compliance with NY state regulations and accreditation standards, and support high-quality patient care and operational excellence.
🧩 Main Responsibilities:
🔹 Provide leadership and supervision to nursing and administrative staff
🔹 Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements
🔹 Oversee clinical documentation, quality assurance, and performance improvement initiatives
🔹 Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and payroll metrics
🔹 Collaborate with operational leadership to support growth and patient outcomes
🔹 Serve as acting Administrator in the Administrator’s absence
✅ Requirements:
🔹 Active and unrestricted New York RN license
🔹 Minimum of 5 years of RN experience
🔹 2 years infusion healthcare/home health management experience
🔹 2 years supervising nurses and clinical staff
🔹 Current BLS/CPR certification
🔹 Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
