Salary: $250k- $300k

- Residency trained, and board certified/eligible by ACOG.
- Surgical skills, APP supervision experience, interest in mentorship opportunities
- Typical Call schedule: varies between practice
- Types of Patients seen while on call: After hours: deliveries/births
- Must haves: board certified in specialty, must be to highest level for training, must be done within 5 years of training, looking to diverse the group (females)
- Hard requirements: full scope- clinic, surgery, delivery, opportunity for robotics, someone to come in and have entrepreneurship background/go getter mindset, no bilingual requirement
- EMR System used: eClinical Works
- Interview process: screening w provider recruiter, virtual w Regional VP, 2nd Virtual or on-site interview, 3rd: on- site: meet the team, and then extend letter of intent (phone call w executive to explain contract); 2-3 weeks overall
- Credentialing process: 90-120 days needed for credentialing
- Reason for openings: open for growth, retirements, transfer from one practice to another
- Caseload: about 22 patients seen per day
- Staff mix: APP, APRN, Fullscope CNM support, other Physicians, each physician has their own MA
- 15 minutes scheduled for OB checks and follow ups and 30 minutes for NEW annuals, 15 minutes for established PT annuals, 30 min new patients and consults.
- Relocation package: We structure the sign on bonus to allow for candidates to use the bonus for how they see fit, rather that is for relocation, or repayment of student loan debt. The signing bonus is paid within 30days after the candidate’s start date.
