Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
- Maintain strong knowledge base of all vehicle makes and models including features & benefits
- Knowledge of all current new and used car inventory
- Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, ads, referrals, etc.)
- Call prospects and set up appointments
- Work with Management team to ensure individual and department sales goals are met
