Clinic Director Job Description Job Title: Clinical Director General Job Function: Manage a consolidated caseload, Oversee Case Supervision, Mentor Graduate Students, oversee TACT Specialty Programs as needed, and oversee the RBT Program. Qualifications: Master’s Degree, Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst, Board Certification, at least two years of clinical practice Essential Physical Requirements: You will be expected to be able to bend at the waist, lift at least 50 pounds, and implement company-related safety care procedures (e.g., restraints, protective movements, etc.). Service Appointment Requirement: The Clinical Director will have a quarterly service appointment requirement. The requirement is subject to change. Working requirement: You will be expected to work 40 hours a week. Flexible schedule and must maintain open availability 8:00 – 7:00 pm.
