Heavy Construction Equipment Auction looking for an Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable/Marketing professional.
The ideal candidate has prior experience with administrative/bookkeeping in a fast paced setting, is able to multi-task and problem solve, is a hard worker, and enjoys being part of a team.
This position will act as an assistant to the Accounting Manager, and needs to be able to take on different kinds of tasks with a positive attitude.
The right candidate possess the following skills:

- Accounting
- PC proficiency
- Data entry skills
- General math skills
- Tracking budget expenses
Must know Excel and Word, previous Quickbooks experience is a plus.
Normal work hours are Monday thru Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm.
Pay Rate: DOE
Must be dependable!!!!
Some Saturday Work is required at Auction time.
Bilingual in spanish is a plus.
Applicants must complete the skills test to be considered for this position.
Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
