Group-A Engineering (est. 1995) specializes in designing performance parts for the Automotive, Motorcycle, and Powersports industries. Our brands include Skunk2 Racing, Kraftwerks Performance, Grams Performance, and Project Red Dog.
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales, Marketing & Customer Service Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, communicating with customers and partners, and thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Qualifications:
- Quick learner and team player
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and comfortable with multi-tasking
- Proficient in MS Office (ie: Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Tech-savvy; able to quickly learn marketing tools (social media, CRM, ERP)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Accountability and commitment to generating results
- Automotive or power sports industry knowledge strongly preferred
- Customer service or sales support experience a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media DMs
- Support dealers and customers with orders, shipping ETAs, availability, and product details
- Process orders, manage accounts, and perform data entry
- Provide basic technical support (training provided)
- Troubleshoot issues, escalate issues, and handle warranty claims
- Have a basic understanding of Automotive or Powersport Industries / mechanically inclined
Marketing & Administrative Support:
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content and engagement
- Communicate with sponsored drivers, influencers, and partners
- Maintain website content, including products, descriptions, and banners
- Perform reporting, data entry, and general administrative tasks
- Support promotions, campaigns, and special projects as assigned
Additional Requirements:
- Full-time, on-site position in Norco, CA
- Flexibility for travel and occasional overtime
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
