Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Global CEO and leadership team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage complex schedules, communications, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
· Handle confidential correspondence, documentation, and reports with discretion.
· Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
· Prepare agendas, presentations, and follow-ups for executive meetings.
· Support strategic projects, internal communications, and leadership initiatives.
· Coordinate logistics for events, board meetings, and leadership offsites.
· Track and manage key deliverables, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
· Assist in drafting business communications, reports, and briefing materials.
· Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams for administrative requirements.
· Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency at all times.
Requirements
· 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role (preferably in a global or technology organization).
· Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
· High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
· Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
