The Cellar on First is an upscale Italian restaurant and speakeasy in the heart of historic downtown Paris, Texas. We are looking for a professional bartender who understands that great cocktails are only part of great hospitality.

What You'll Do
- Prepare classic and craft cocktails with consistency and attention to detail
- Provide warm, genuine hospitality to every guest
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional bar
- Learn our wine, spirits and food menu to confidently make recommendations
- Work as part of a team to create an exceptional guest experience
- Follow recipes, service standards and responsible alcohol service practices
- Help with bar setup, breakdown and inventory as needed

- Bartending experience preferred
