We are seeking a proactive and energetic Part Time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities across our facilities. Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage facilities maintenance , assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure high standards of work quality and safety.
- Oversee maintenance repair procedures for mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and other building infrastructure.
- Conduct troubleshooting using engineering principles, schematics, multimeters (voltmeter, ohmmeter), and other diagnostic tools to identify issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and facility safety standards through regular inspections and safety training sessions.
- Coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs such as truck repair or high voltage electrical work.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Skills
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or industrial maintenance teams.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in mechanical systems repair and troubleshooting.
- Experience managing facilities maintenance management programs using CMMS software.
- Skilled in plumbing system maintenance and repair as well as vehicle system troubleshooting and repair.
