Table Top Catering is seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Catering Sales Coordinator to join our team.
This position supports clients throughout the planning process—from the initial inquiry through the final handoff to our operations team. The ideal candidate is responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple events and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries by phone and email
- Gather event details and assist clients with menus, services, rentals, beverages, timelines, and other selections
- Prepare and revise proposals, contracts, menus, and event documents
- Follow up on proposals, contracts, deposits, deadlines, and missing information
- Maintain accurate event and client information in TripleSeat
- Coordinate tastings, venue visits, and planning meetings
- Review event documents for accuracy and communicate confirmed details to the operations, culinary, warehouse, service, and bar teams
- Provide exceptional service and build positive relationships with clients, venues, planners, and vendors
Qualifications
- Experience in catering, hospitality, event planning, customer service, or sales coordination is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage changing priorities
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused
- Experience with TripleSeat or similar software is preferred but not required
- Candidates must be available to work a varied schedule based on client and event needs. This may include occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
