Duties
- Engage with customers in both English and Spanish to provide exceptional service and product recommendations
- Demonstrate mobile devices and accessories, highlighting features and benefits to encourage sales
- Assist customers with selecting plans, upgrading devices, and understanding service options through clear communication
- Perform product demos, merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining an organized sales floor
- Handle POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales goals
- Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment by managing inventory and ensuring merchandise displays are attractive
Skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective customer communication
- Previous retail sales experience with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling skills
- Strong phone etiquette to professionally assist customers over the phone or in person
- Experience in upselling products or services to maximize sales opportunities
