Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through hands-on demos to help customers make informed decisions.
- Assist customers with selecting plans, devices, and accessories that best suit their lifestyles.
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales performance.
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently.
- Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising, stocking, and organizing merchandise on the sales floor.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments to ensure clear communication.
- Support store operations by assisting with inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
- Supervise or collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while fostering a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to serve our diverse customer base effectively.
- Prior retail sales experience or familiarity with grocery store environments is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
- Strong communication skills with an energetic approach to customer service.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and basic retail math is highly desirable.
