Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the best wireless products and plans tailored to their needs
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging demos to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Upsell additional services, accessories, and plans to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain well-organized merchandise displays and ensure shelves are stocked with the latest products
- Conduct regular merchandising and stocking tasks to keep the store inviting and aligned with brand standards
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via calls or inquiries, ensuring clear communication and professionalism
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other relevant languages) to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Prior retail sales experience, preferably in wireless or electronics retail environments
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math for accurate transactions
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on excellent phone etiquette and customer service techniques
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings or training new staff
- Experience with product demos, upselling strategies, merchandising, stocking, and grocery store operations is advantageous
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
