Your Tasks
- Support regional sales, project coordinators, and engineering teams.
- Receive and process RFQs from clients and Account Executives.
- Coordinate with Technical Leads or engineers to prepare quotations.
- Manage CRM opportunities and quotes in coordination with Account Executives.
- Process purchase orders, open new projects in the project database, and manage required client documentation.
- Configure and update projects, create tasks, assign engineering resources, and keep all stakeholders informed.
- Manage change orders, including out‑of‑scope charges and adjustments to planned hours.
- Process subcontracting forms and manage intercompany quotes and projects.
- Coordinate outsourced testing and prepare purchase orders for vendors.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and support the resolution of customer invoice questions.
- Support post‑project client engagement activities.

Additional Information
- The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $80,000 - 90,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.Remote position based in the United States.
