Your Tasks
- Lead and develop a team of software engineers with a focus on accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Drive a product-oriented approach and oversee the full software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with GRC business leaders to define and evolve product roadmaps.
- Promote innovation, including AI, automation, and rapid prototyping initiatives.
- Support cloud transformation and adoption of Microsoft Azure.
- Ensure delivery excellence through Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Manage vendor relationships and optimize resource allocation.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in professional software development.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience.
- Strong understanding of .NET technologies and modern web frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines).
- Strong stakeholder management abilities and a product‑focused mindset.
- Proven ability to drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Additional Information
- The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $160,000 - 175,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
- Work model: Hybrid. Requires the use of standard office equipment and collaboration technology.
