T&T Coast Auto Group, a family-owned and operated business for over 20 years, is looking for a sharp, customer-focused Business Development Representative to join our Sea Girt, NJ team and support both our Sea Girt and Cranbury dealership locations.
This is a key role in our growing business—ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, organized, and passionate about connecting with customers online and over the phone.

What You’ll Do:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, text, email, and website leads
- Follow up with leads to schedule showroom or service appointments
- Make outbound calls to existing customers for service reminders, promotions, or vehicle upgrade opportunities
- Update customer information and notes in the CRM system
- Work closely with our sales or service teams to ensure a smooth hand-off and great customer experience
We’re Looking For:
- Energetic, self-motivated people ready to jump-start a career in sales or customer service
- Great phone and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional attitude with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn — training is provided
- Prior customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus but not required
Location:
- This position is based in Sea Girt, NJ but will provide lead and customer support for both Sea Girt and Cranbury locations.
