We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality home health services throughout the greater Flint area.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders
- Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve communication, swallowing, and functional independence
- Educate patients, caregivers, and families on exercises, strategies, and home programs
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Complete accurate, timely documentation in compliance with agency, state, federal, CHAP, and Joint Commission standards
- Participate in care coordination and case conferences as needed

Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license
- CCC-SLP preferred, or completion of supervised clinical fellowship toward certification
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience preferred (home health experience strongly preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
