RV Dealer , one of the Nation's fastest growing RV dealers, is looking to add a full-time Sales Representative to join

our award winning team in the Wabash Indiana location.

Job Summary:

The Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business opportunities, achieving sales goals, and

developing customer relationships. RV Dealer specializes in providing world class products and customer

satisfaction to RV customers across the nation!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

·Develop new business opportunities within a designated territory.

·Accurately track sales performance by accurately entering data into CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

system.

·Develop new business relationships within existing customers.

·Maintain current customer relationships by effectively communicating their needs and providing solutions within the

assigned territory.

·Cancel old sales and develop new sales leads by successfully closing the sale – accurately documenting the sale

process in the CRM system. Ensure maximum conversion (money earned) through the sale process – effectively

closing the customer and securing their future business.

·Review existing customers’ needs and requests to ensure that they are best served, by answering questions,

providing information or switching offers that fit their needs. Close the sale and earn maximum commissions through

successfully closing the sale and accurately documenting the sale process in the CRM system. Ensure maximum

commissions through achieving sales goals and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication

with management (Sales Representative).

·Assist other departments (Training, etc.)as needed to ensure proper operation of the overall sales cycle (sales,

marketing, etc.)to achieve company goals. Perform duties in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy in all

aspects of the sales process.

Qualifications

 Proven experience in automotive sales and dealership environments

 Strong public speaking and communication skills

 Proficiency in retail sales and customer service

 Ability to manage sales pipelines and negotiate effectively

 Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management

 Experience in outbound sales and cold calling

 Strong organizational skills and retail math knowledge
