If you’ve succeeded in hospitality, retail, fitness, or other customer-facing industries, your skills translate exceptionally well here. We provide the structure, tools, and process. You bring the drive, confidence, and personality.
Earnings
- Commission-based, competitive pay plan
- Typical annual earnings: $52,000–$150,000 (Top performers regularly exceed this range)
The Role
- Engage customers quickly and confidently
- Ask direct, strategic questions to guide decisions
- Present vehicles and features with authority
- Manage relationships from first contact through delivery and follow-up
- Take full ownership of outcomes while working with a fast-paced team
- You own the customer experience and your results.
- Engage customers on Instagram, Facebook, and similar platforms
- Create short videos (vehicle walk-arounds, deliveries, promotions)

Requirements
- Comfort on camera and willingness to put yourself out there - Training is provided
