Job Title: Operations Manager / Financial Controller
Overview T & J Dealer Services is a premier provider of vehicle service contracts brokered to RV, Auto, and Powersports dealerships. Alongside our core services, we also operate a specialized recreational lending company, iNet Financial Services.
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Manager with a strong financial background to support our CEO and ensure the seamless execution of our daily business processes. In this role, you will act as a vital link between our leadership, our dealership partners, and our lending operations. By combining operational oversight with Controller-level financial management, you will ensure that invoices, shipments, lending processes, and dealer development initiatives are tracked and managed flawlessly.
Responsibilities
- Financial Oversight & Accounting: Act as the financial controller for daily operations, overseeing full-cycle accounting, managing cash flow, and tracking invoices related to vehicle service contracts and dealer accounts.
- Executive Support & Dealer Development: Work closely with the CEO to support dealer development initiatives, helping to maintain and grow strong relationships with our RV, Auto, and Powersports dealership partners.
- Lending Process Support: Provide operational, financial, and administrative support for our recreational lending arm, iNet Financial Services, ensuring smooth execution of financing processes and compliance.
- Shipping & Fulfillment Tracking: Coordinate, track, and monitor the shipment of various products, promotional items, and materials sent out to our network of dealers.
- Process Optimization & Reporting: Identify and implement streamlined internal workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy between T & J Dealer Services and iNet Financial Services. Generate regular financial and operational reports for executive review.
Experience & Qualifications
- Controller / Accounting Leadership: Proven experience as a Controller, Accounting Manager, or in a senior financial operations role is highly desired.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the automotive, RV, or powersports industry—specifically dealing with vehicle service contracts (F&I) or dealership operations—is highly preferred.
- Lending / Financial Services: Familiarity with financial services, lending processes, or loan processing is a strong plus.
- Operational Management: Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tracking systems for inventory, shipments, and invoicing.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the CEO, internal teams, and external dealership partners.
- Technical Proficiency: High-level proficiency in standard accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and CRM/tracking systems.
Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
