- Comfort with setup sheets, indicators, micrometers, and inspection workflows
- Experience with tight-tolerance, complex setups
- The judgment to know when a part meets spec the moment it hits the bench
- Respectful, solution-focused communication—no drama
- GD&T, Blueprint Reading, G-Code, CNC Tooling
- CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC), CNC Lathe (2–4 axis), HMC (3–4 axis)
- Calipers, Micrometers, Indicators; plus Forklifts for material moves
