Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Milwaukee, WI, for a CNC Turning Setup/Operator. The CNC Turning Setup/Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC turning machines, ensuring adherence to strict quality standards. Daily responsibilities include programming and modifying CNC machine operations, machining components to precise specifications, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Experience in CNC Programming with the ability to optimize and troubleshoot CNC code.
- Proficiency in Machining with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability in Teaching and knowledge sharing to support team development.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance processes in manufacturing.
- Capability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documents.
- Prior experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in CNC machining is preferred.
