We are seeking a skilled CNC Setup Technician to join our growing team at our Belgium, WI facility. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for candidates commuting from the Greater Milwaukee area, Sheboygan County, Ozaukee County, Washington County, and nearby communities. Belgium is conveniently located just off I-43, approximately 30 minutes north of Milwaukee and 20 minutes south of Sheboygan.

• Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components to tight tolerances
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
• Select, install, and calibrate appropriate tooling for each job
• Program and fine-tune CNC equipment for optimal performance
• Troubleshoot machinery issues and perform preventive maintenance
• Conduct in-process quality checks using precision measurement instruments
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized shop environment
• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality teams to meet production goals

• 3 years of experience as a CNC Setup Technician (preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with preventive maintenance of CNC machinery
• Working knowledge of instrumentation and calibration techniques
• Understanding of electrical systems and component operations
• Familiarity with a range of machining processes and precision tooling
• High attention to detail and proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• Vocational training or certifications in CNC operations, machining, or a related field is a plus
