Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
- Apply paint and coatings to industrial equipment and structures using various techniques such as airless paint spraying
- Ensure proper mixing and application of paint materials
- Operate and maintain painting equipment and tools
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Experience:
-Pay can be more for experience. WE WILL TRAIN YOU. YEARLY RAISES & RAISES AFTER YOU
LEARN
- Previous experience as an industrial painter or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials handling
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for accurate paint application
- Ability to operate equipment such as cranes and forklifts for material handling
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintenance of painting equipment
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities
