Industrial Painter – Sign Fab

Sign Fab is a growing manufacturing operation with a strong backlog of work. We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes and supporting steady production.
Responsibilities
- Perform prep work including sanding, filling, masking, and cleaning
- Mix and apply industrial coatings to meet color and finish specifications
- Operate spray guns and related painting equipment
- Read and follow work orders to ensure accurate production
- Inspect finished products and correct any defects
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Collaborate with production team members to keep workflow moving
Qualifications
- 3 years of spray-painting experience (industrial or automotive preferred)
- Experience with spray guns and coating systems
- Strong attention to detail and finish quality
- Ability to work independently in a production environment
- Reliable and safety-focused
Pay & Schedule
- Full-time
- Overtime available based on workload
