Collision Center Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our collision center. As a Collision Center Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the collision repair facility, meeting productivity levels, and maintaining quality standards.
- Achieve established forecasts set by the Parts and Service Director
- Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all collision repair facility staff
- Direct and schedule the activities of all collision repair facility employees
- Provide technical assistance as needed
- Write accurate estimates
- Conduct meetings with collision repair facility employees to discuss activities and problems
- Monitor payroll records of collision repair technicians
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with insurance adjusters, agents, and tow companies
- Stay informed about new equipment and tools available and recommend purchases
- Schedule shop work efficiently in accordance with dealership policy
