Body Shop Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in our body shop. As a Body Shop Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with insurance adjusters, customers, and other stakeholders to increase sales volume and revenue.
- Achieve established forecasts set by the Parts and Service Director
- Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all body shop staff
- Direct and schedule the activities of all body shop employees
- Provide technical assistance as needed
- Write accurate estimates
- Conduct meetings with body shop employees to discuss activities and problems
- Monitor payroll records of body shop technicians
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with insurance adjusters, agents, and tow companies
- Stay informed about new equipment and tools available and recommend purchases
- Schedule shop work efficiently in accordance with dealership policy
