SystemsAccountants is partnering with a high-volume professional services firm to place an interim, hands-on Accounting Director (with the potential to convert to full-time) to support day-to-day accounting and team operations. This is a great opportunity for a strong Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager ready to step up into a leadership role.
The company has grown from a startup to a 1k employee business while maintaining a collaborative, non-corporate culture.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a small team (3 accountants support staff)
- Partner with billing/AR leadership and support accounting operations
- Assist with reporting, clean-up, and process improvements
- Support ongoing NetSuite implementation
Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
- Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals with a willingness to learn and step up
- NetSuite experience preferred
- Professional services industry experience preferred
Salary : $40 - $65
