PROPERTY BOOK ADMINISTRATOR
The company is seeking mid-level and senior Property Book Administrators to provide SETA support in Hanover, MD.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Expertly serves as Inventory Management Specialist and Item Manager focusing on demand planning, utilizes statistical program knowledge and skills to provide support.
Provides support to include equipment management, inventory control, property control, warehousing, acquisition, quality control, receiving, shipping, assembly, packaging and transportation.
Operates and updates computerized logistic and supply systems.
Plans, coordinates and conducts equipment use/projects.
Develops project plans, outlines procedures and issues, and identifies long and short term goals and objectives.
Participates in/leads audit teams to conduct inspections of equipment and operations to ensure compliance with regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (4 years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).
Minimum years of related work experience:
Mid-level: 4 years of experience
Senior: 7 years of experience
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in Global Combat Support System (G-Army), Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS, )and AESIP (Army Enterprise System Integration Program).
SECURITY CLEARANCE
· Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required
