FACILITY MANAGER
The company is seeking junior, mid-level, and senior Facilities Managers to provide SETA support in Hanover, MD.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including buildings, equipment, and systems.
Oversee the allocation and utilization of space, including office layouts, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
Assist with storage, maintenance, move related preparation, equipment, and property coordination. Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovation of office and common space furniture and equipment. Escort other non-cleared personnel in their work performance.
Assist in managing mail, courier, and shipping service data with the federal counterpart.
Provide facilities and administrative support.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum years of related work experience in facilities management or related field such as maintenance or operations:
Junior: 5 years of experience
Mid-level: 10 years of experience
Senior: 15 years of experience
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Mid-level and Senior: Associate’s Degree or 2 year technical school
SECURITY CLEARANCE
· Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required
