An established, employee-owned manufacturer is seeking a Sales Account Executive to drive new business development and grow existing customer relationships throughout an assigned territory.
In this consultative B2B sales role, you will work with customers to develop packaging solutions. You'll manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation through contract negotiation, project coordination, and long-term account management.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of B2B sales experience in packaging, printing, converting, or related manufacturing industries
- Strong knowledge of packaging products, materials, and production processes
- Proven ability to develop new business while growing existing accounts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
