Safety & Facilities Coordinator

We're seeking a highly organized Safety & Facilities Coordinator to support safety, compliance, facilities, and operational initiatives for a growing industrial organization. This is a hands-on role that works closely with operations, field personnel, and leadership to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee safety training and compliance programs while maintaining certifications and training records.
- Manage customer and site-specific training requirements for field personnel.
- Track safety communications, toolbox talks, incidents, and insurance documentation.
- Coordinate drug and alcohol testing and assist with driver compliance initiatives.
- Monitor fleet telematics and support driver coaching efforts.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs for company facilities, including HVAC, fire protection systems, and other building infrastructure.
- Oversee facility security, access control systems, fueling records, and key management.
- Maintain warehouse, shop, and office supply inventories while supporting facility organization and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, heavy equipment, industrial services, transportation, crane, or a related industry.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance programs.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based software.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in both office and field environments.
