W2 (Without benefits) NOTE: H1B and OPT Visa Holders, Please DO NOT APPLY. Description: MUST HAVE: Proven experience in QA roles, preferably with Salesforce platforms.Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud testing processes.  We are seeking a meticulous QA Engineer to test and ensure the quality of our Salesforce implementations and data cloud projects. The ideal candidate will focus on Salesforce Agentforce, Service Cloud Voice, Experience Cloud, and other upgrades, ensuring flawless functionality and user experience. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud initiatives.Post–go-live optimization, Automation, adoption, and reportingTest upgrades to the Higher Logic community and other integrated systems.Collaborate with development teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects.Ensure all testing documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.Leverage automated testing tools to improve testing efficiency.Track and report quality metrics to stakeholders. Required QualificationsProven experience in QA roles, preferably with Salesforce platforms.Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud testing processes.Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Experience Cloud migrations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize testing tasks effectively. Preferred SkillsExperience with Higher Logic community upgrades.Knowledge of automated testing frameworks.Company DescriptionSystemart is in business for 25 years and recently awarded as Best Staffing Firm to work for in 2025.
