Required Experience/ Skills:
- A minimum of 8 years of solid business/systems analysis experience and software development projects is required.
- Deep professional experience with Identity & Access Management concepts, including entitlements, target aggregations, and certification campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required.
- Proficiency in core Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts such as entitlements, target aggregations, and certification campaigns are required.
- Experience in public sector compliance frameworks or large-scale ERP transformations
- Act as the primary gatekeeper for new application onboarding requests, ensuring that "as-is" access processes are documented before proposing the "to-be" IIQ state.
- Ability to perform detailed research, business analysis, as-is and to-be analysis, process modeling. Use of software tools is required and include, but are not limited to, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and SmartDraw.
- Expertly facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
- Ability to map functional requirements across complex environments involving ServiceNow (request catalog) and SailPoint (provisioning engine).
Highly Desired:
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is highly desired.
- Experience with directing and managing project resources is highly desired.
- Knowledge of change and release management is highly desired.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI is highly desired
- Experience with Microsoft DevOps is highly desired.
- Experience with SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) is highly desired.
- Certified Scrum Master (SCM), Certified Project Manager (CPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desired.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business administration, Communications, Information Systems, or other related field is required. Equivalent work experience may substitute for the educational requirement.
