Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, IT leadership, Department Management Team, vendors, and industry partners to define strategic technology direction and solution standards.
- Develop and maintain IT service, technology, and architecture roadmaps that align with organization business goals, operational needs, and long-term strategy.
- Design secure, scalable, resilient, and interoperable IT architectures that support enterprise systems, infrastructure, data, applications, and business processes.
- Analyze business and operational problems, identify technology needs, and develop recommendations for cost-effective solutions and process improvements.
- Work with Project Management Team to ensure solutions meet requirements for functionality, availability, capacity, performance, security, integration, operations, and maintenance.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies that improve organization infrastructure, services, operational efficiency, and service delivery.
- Conduct feasibility studies, technical assessments, impact analyses, and risk assessments for new technologies, system enhancements, and architecture changes.
- Support the development of business cases for technology services by estimating costs related to infrastructure, licensing, development, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Build, maintain, and improve strong working relationships with internal customers, peers, partners, vendors, suppliers, direct reports, and cross-functional teams.
- Promote quality control, service management practices, and continuous improvement across technology solutions, architecture processes, and IT service delivery.
Provide senior-level technical expertise and leadership to IT professionals, including mentoring staff, guiding solution development, and exercising independent judgment on complex assignments.
