POSITION SUMMARY
For our Client, supporting the Common Services Delivery Program Manager and team, as well as the Senior Program Manager, we are recruiting for a Master Schedule of projects and programs, and implementing a Kanban Board utilizing Project Planner Cards. They will support project managers and the Common Services Delivery branch. Also assist in the preparation of status reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership. Assist in maintaining documentation and compliance with organizational standards. Coordinate meetings, document action items, follow up on outstanding tasks, and managing onboarding and suitability for this program.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties: Responsible for the hands-on preparation and administration/refresh of the Master Project/Program Schedule for ISS2, as well as preparation for and running the daily Kandan meeting utilizing Project Planner cards.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an SEC Public Trust determination (or higher if required).
• Education Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering), and 12 years of IT experience, including 7-10 years leading and managing IT projects focused on infrastructure, operations, and service delivery.

• Demonstrated experience defining, creating, and managing project/program master schedules.
• Proven experience preparing for and leading multi-disciplinary technical teams in daily Kanban meetings utilizing Project Planner Boards, highlighting project/program delivering milestones in accordance with organizational standards.
• PMP certification (or equivalent) required.
• Agile and Waterfall experience.
• IT project lifecycle management, including scope, schedule, milestones, resource planning, and delivery management.
• Leadership and coordination of cross-functional technical teams and stakeholder communications.
• Risk, issue, dependency, and change management with clear, decision-oriented reporting.
• Compliance-focused project execution aligned to organizational standards and governance controls.
  

• Experience supporting SEC or other federal civilian agency IT programs.
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Experience implementing service delivery improvement efforts in complex IT environments.
• Familiarity with governance-driven reporting and oversight models in federal IT contracts.
• Experience collaborating across technical and program teams to drive delivery outcomes.
• PMI-ACP (Agile delivery in technical project environments)
• PMI-RMP (risk management in project environments)
• SAFe Agilist (scaled planning and governance reporting across teams)
