System One is seeking a Bilingual Enrollment Clerk for a client located in downtown Tulsa. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and data entry skills who enjoys helping people and working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
- Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
- Location: Downtown Tulsa (office-based)
- Duration: Contract through August 31, 2026 (may vary based on workload)
What You’ll Do
- Review and process enrollment cases using internal systems
- Accurately enter and update customer information in databases
- Verify documentation and resolve account issues
- Provide customer support via phone, email, chat, and text
- Assist with mail processing, including organizing and tracking correspondence
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (English & Spanish required)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Experience with data entry, data review, and computer systems
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Comfortable handling high-volume tasks and customer communication
