Job Title: Chemical Operator
Location: Conshohocken, PA
Type: 6-9 month Contract
Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00/hour
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment for pilot-scale trials of developmental products.
- Conduct tasks in a pilot plant setting, including basic lab tests for quality control.
- Monitor processes for deviations and report observations to supervisors.
- Document observations and communicate with next shift personnel.
- Contribute to site safety procedures, programs, and policies.
- Assist with handling hazardous chemicals, with experience being a plus.
- Support a team environment with stable and tenured team members.
Requirements
- High school diploma preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in chemical or manufacturing environments.
- Experience with hazardous chemicals is a plus.
- Strong understanding of general chemical practices and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent observational skills and ability to plan and execute product demonstrations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Easy going and professional demeanor.
- Strong team fit and ability to integrate smoothly into a stable team.
