Job Summary:
System One is seeking a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in the life insurance industry for a long-term opportunity in Summit, NJ. Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and data requirements from stakeholders within life insurance operations
- Translate business needs into functional specifications aligned to life insurance systems and processes
- Support data mapping, transformation, and system integration efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and business stakeholders
- Participate in daily team standups and ongoing project discussions
- Contribute to onboarding new entities and workflows onto internal platforms
Requirements
- 1–5 years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong knowledge of the life insurance industry
- Understanding of life insurance products, processes, or data (e.g., policy lifecycle, claims, or related areas)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
