Job Title: Billing Specialist
Location: Sugar Land, Texas
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid after first month
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8-5
Company Overview
An established personnel services company is looking to add two contract-to-hire Billing Specialists to their team in Sugarland, TX!
Focus includes:
- Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Review supporting documentation to ensure billing accuracy
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Communicate with customers regarding billing questions and account information
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems
- Assist with account reconciliations and reporting activities
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to support billing operations
- Ensure confidentiality of financial and customer information
Targeting candidates with:
- 2 years of billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or related accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience working with accounting or ERP software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Compensation will be based on experience.
