Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with strong hands-on development experience. This role focuses on building and supporting integrations, reports, data conversions, and technical components within Oracle HCM Cloud.

The ideal candidate will be a purely technical resource with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, capable of working independently and delivering high-quality solutions across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
• Build and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Develop reports using:
  • BI Publisher (BIP)
  • OTBI (Oracle Transactional BI)
• Perform data conversions using tools such as:
  • HDL (HCM Data Loader)
  • HCM Extracts
• Work closely with business teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), technical design documents, and test plans
• Customize and extend Oracle HCM Cloud applications based on business needs
• Support system enhancements, releases, and performance optimization
• Lead testing efforts and provide post-go-live support
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience as a Technical Developer / Systems Analyst
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules:
  • Core HR
  • Payroll
  • Compensation
  • Talent Management
  • Benefits / Recruiting
• Strong experience with:
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • BI Publisher (BIP) & OTBI reporting
  • HCM Data Loader (HDL) & Extracts
• Strong technical skills in:
  • SQL / PL/SQL
  • XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST)
  • JavaScript (preferred)
• Proven experience delivering full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations
• Experience in data migration, integrations, and technical solution design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large enterprise or consulting environments
• Exposure to Oracle Redwood UI / modern HCM features
• Experience with quarterly HCM updates and release management
• Familiarity with middleware and integration architecture patterns
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification

Salary : $70 - $85
