Position: Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant
Location: Newark, NJ
Work Mode: Hybrid ( 3 days Onsite / 2 days remote )
Duration: 12 Months Contract
We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud technical consultant (not functional) with a focus on interfaces, reports, documenting the business requirements, development and testing of Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud application.
Skills:
10 years of experience in systems analyst developer
3 years specifically supporting Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation,Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, and Retirement).
8 years of hands-on techno-functional experience in the implementation and support of at least two full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM projects, including Core HR, Payroll, and Oracle Graphical Language (OGL).
7 Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher)
3 Experience with Python
