Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with deep expertise in Equity Plan Administration (EPA), Record Keeping, Employee Stock Plans, and Financial Reporting to support a strategic initiative within the financial services industry.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of employee equity compensation programs and the ability to bridge business and technology teams. This role will involve working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, development teams, and third-party vendors to drive requirements, solution design, testing, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Equity Plan Administration and Record Keeping.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Support solution design, validation, testing, and implementation activities.
- Partner with development teams working with Oracle, Azure, and modern UI technologies.
- Lead stakeholder discussions, requirements walkthroughs, and solution reviews.
- Support financial and regulatory reporting requirements related to equity compensation programs.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve business and technical issues.
- Support data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
- Assist with business process improvements and technology modernization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 8–15 years of professional experience with strong Business Analysis experience.
- Deep expertise in Equity Plan Administration, Record Keeping, Employee Stock Plans, or Equity Compensation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting processes related to equity administration.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience.
- Experience creating functional requirements, specifications, and user stories.
- Ability to effectively bridge business and technology teams.
- Experience working with Oracle, Azure, and UI-based application environments.
- Strong stakeholder-management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of IFRS 2 and ASC 718.
- Experience with RSUs, Stock Options, ESPP, and related equity compensation processes.
- Experience within Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
- Experience supporting large financial institutions or wealth management organizations.
- Experience with large-scale transformation or modernization programs.
- Experience working with global delivery models.
- Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and offshore development teams.
