Seeking an experienced MES Program Manager with expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), preferably Siemens Camstar/Opcenter Core. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end MES implementation programs, manage cross-functional teams, oversee project delivery, and drive manufacturing digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of Program/Project Management experience
• Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Siemens Camstar and/or Opcenter Core (preferred)
• End-to-end MES implementation experience
• Manufacturing domain expertise
• Program planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management
• Resource planning and budget management
• Knowledge of ANSI/ISA-95 Manufacturing Operations Model
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete lifecycle MES implementation programs
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
• Ensure quality delivery and adherence to project methodologies
• Oversee program governance, reporting, and post-implementation reviews
• Mentor project teams and drive continuous process improvement

Salary : $45 - $55
