Key Responsibilities (Summary)
- Manage telecom inventory and billing accuracy across enterprise platforms
- Consolidate telecom billing systems into a single cost structure
- Oversee TEM platform integration and migration activities
- Perform forecasting of telecom run rates (monthly/quarterly)
- Manage telecom carrier/vendor SLAs and performance reporting
- Lead telecom cost optimization, audits, and contract compliance
- Coordinate RFPs, vendor reviews, and quarterly business reviews
- Ensure compliance with BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC requirements
- Drive process improvements for ordering/disconnect lifecycle
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, AP, and vendors for telecom governance
