About the Role:

The Accounting Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting within the organization. You will lead a team, manage complex accounting processes, and contribute significantly to strategic planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Manage and analyze financial data using Yardi software.
• Coordinate and review CAM reconciliations and Triple Net lease requirements.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Yardi software.
• Proven track record in managing CAM requirements and Triple Net leases.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated initiative and critical thinking skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in a similar industry or sector.
• Familiarity with other accounting software and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
