Position Overview:

Are you an enthusiastic and organized corporate tax professional who thrives in a collaborative environment? Our client is seeking a Tax Manager who will partner with the Senior Tax Manager to prepare the Company’s (primarily domestic) quarterly and annual income tax provision in OneSource Tax Provision software. This role also supports a co-sourcing engagement with a 3rd party provider for Federal and State income tax compliance, and assists with internal special projects, cash tax forecasting, and monthly close responsibilities.

What you'll do:

• Prepare and review the quarterly and annual income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740 using ONESOURCE Tax Provision software
• Co-source the preparation and review of Federal and State extensions, estimates, and income tax returns for multiple corporations and flow-through entities and assist with related tax payments
• Prepare monthly income tax account reconciliations, entries, and cash tax summary
• Support audits by external auditors and respond to notices
• Collaborate with accounting, FP&A, and finance teams, and external third-party providers
• Assist with tax planning and special projects
• Maintain and improve tax processes and related controls

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA and/or MST preferred
• 4-6 years of income tax experience
• Strong understanding of ASC 740
• Hands-on experience with ONESOURCE Tax Provision
• Familiarity with public company filings, Workday, Blackline, and Workiva is a plus
