Supports program management office functions including tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, supporting business process analysis, and ensuring currency of IT lifecycle and SDLC documentation.
Responsibilities
- Track, monitor, and update status of program deliverables.
- Apply processes to ensure data currency, validity, and relevance.
- Maintain library of PMO documents and build a repository of project templates for both technical and management use.
- Support project, program, and portfolio-level business process analysis, mapping, improvements, reporting, market research, and internal communications.
- Translate business processes into workflows and dashboards.
- Update and maintain organizational IT lifecycle documentation supporting both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Define, develop, and maintain engineering (SDLC) and architecture artifacts and standards; provide oversight of Enterprise SDLC reviews including change management.
